If you return Goods to us deemed as defective, we reserve the right to examine the returned Goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or telephone within a maximum of 14 working days. We will usually refund any money received from you using your original payment method. We will strive to process your refund as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned goods or from inspection of the faulty goods.
Goods returned to us because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the shipment charges you incurred.
We will accept the return of non-faulty goods within 7 working days of you receiving them, where the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. All packs of PVC cards and printer ribbons must be still in their sealed packaging – we cannot accept opened packaging due to contamination issues.
Non faulty goods will be inspected upon return in order to ensure that they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Whether goods are considered resalable is at the discretion of Total ID Ltd and the decision is final.
The cost of returning non faulty goods must be covered by the customer and a 10% handling charge will apply.
If goods are returned after 7 working days customers will not be entitled to a refund.
Bespoke/personalised goods are non refundable.
We generally ship online and telephone orders as soon as possible. All orders on stock items placed before 2.00pm are shipped the same business day but out of stock items and bespoke products can take longer. In this case, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm exact delivery times.
Shipping charges are determined by the recipient’s delivery address, weight of consignment and value of product. Entering the correct postcode is your responsibility. The total charge for your order will be shown in your shopping basket. Please note, for any non-UK orders, our prices do not include import duty & taxes which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
